A mirror is only as good as the processing behind it

Two mirrors can start from the same glass sheet and end up completely different products. What separates them is processing: how the outline was cut, how the edge was ground and polished, whether the bevel is even around a curve, and whether the holes sit exactly where the drawing put them.

We process mirror and glass at WEIFANG ECOLIVING GLASS LTD, where cutting, polishing, drilling and cleaning all run in-house. Keeping every step under one roof is what lets us hold an even bevel around an irregular silhouette instead of handing the part between workshops and losing the tolerance on the way.

What we process

Cutting to any outline

Straight rectangles, ovals, scalloped profiles and freeform organic silhouettes — cut from your drawing, not from a catalogue of standard sizes.

Edge grinding & polishing

Flat-polished edges that remove the sharp arris and the visible cutting haze, leaving a clean square edge on straight runs and curves alike.

Cleaning

Process residue and polishing compound removed before packing, so the mirror arrives clean and the reflective surface is inspected, not just protected.

Beveling

An angled polished face ground around the perimeter. On a frameless mirror this catches light at the edge and reads as a built-in frame.

Drilling & cut-outs

Holes and openings for faucets, sockets, wall brackets and fixings, positioned to your drawing before the shape is cut.

Shop drawing before cutting

We return a dimensioned shop drawing covering shape, edge treatment and hole positions. Production starts only after you approve it.
